Products are handmade, unless otherwise stated. As they are handmade, there might be slight imperfections in the texture/patterns of certain beads. Product measurements will also vary slightly from time to time. 

Due to their handmade nature, please handle your jewelry with extra care to prevent breakage under extreme pressure.

Colour Accuracy

Colours are portrayed as accurately as possible but may appear differently due to varying resolutions of monitor screens.

Defective Goods

Products that are damaged due to normal wear and tear are not considered defective or eligible for an exchange. Exchanges of any defective goods are subject to discretion, on a case-by-case basis.
